The big question has been floating around the presidential debates and around the candidates "What will we do in the future for fuels?". Do we stay with the ever-so-limited gasoline, or do we go alternative, (such as nuclear, solar, wind, hydro electric, or ethanol). The problem is we may not be ready for alternate energy.
Gasoline- Yeah, I know it's limited and the gas companies enslave us with its prices....... but it is a pretty secure way to go for the next 40 years. We do have time to research and study effective alternative fuels. We must not hurry ourselves to get another source of fuels.
Nuclear- This is the future. However, it has high radiactive waste and could be trouble for the area if attacked by terrorists. The government does have very safe transportation for the radioactive waste, but there's always a chance for a disaster like tranobul (tra-no-bull) in Russia. Many people died, and many more could have if the radiation cloud went towards the city. Plus, nuclear (bomb) disasters have been known to be a part of our future. ;)
Solar- This is a great source of energy and solar panels can be put on almost every house in the nation for a good source of energy. Solar stations can be placed along highway routes to re-boost solar powered cars. However, solar panels are very expensive and take a few years to pay for themselves in electricity sold to the electric companies. Few Americans will be able to easily afford them.
Wind- Windmills galor! These are good sources of energy, but output is semi-limited. There would need to be tons of windmill farms everywhere to support our nation's output of energy. Imagine waking up tomorrow with a windmill in your backyard and then the next day with the windmill smashed through half your house. :) Not to mention there would be a lot of taxes.
Hydro electricity- This is a good source of energy, but would only be able to be placed on rivers and would basically be dams. The Dams would destroy more environments (along with our logging) with flooding and bears would invade even more neighborhoods. We would no longer be looked at as "fat" Americans by other countries, but as "Bear wrestlers" or "Bear people". Not to mention there would be a lot of taxes.
Ethanol- It's been becoming more popular throughout many areas and gas stations. The problems is though, for our nation to completely rely on this source, we would need every inch of American soil to be planted with the sugar crops associated with ethanol. Plus, we maybe would have to take over other countries for sugar crop growing. Either that, or "fuel" would be at $12.00 a gallon from import from other countries.
So America, do you prefer gas at $2.95 a gallon right now, or would you prefer a defective or expensive energy source? Right now, we have time to stick with gasoline as our major resource and to keep on researching and studying other safe and inexpensive energies. If we lower our dependency on gas from around the world, we may even be able to go longer with gasoline for more time to research other energies.

in slight response to coppers remark, i just want to bring up my own theory.
the whole assasin thing...
there are a lot of them out there.
why are we trying to catch them and put them in jail?
if the government were really smart, they would hire one assasin to kill another assasin.
then another assasin to kill that one, and so on, and so forth.
we would be slowly ridding the world of crime, as well as lots of awesome bloodspill.
and in the long run, itd be free right?
your massacistic megalomaniac. ( i forget what that means...)

If I could create an organization of assasins for one specific reason, it would be to kill off those bastards who try to cheat other through the court system. "Oh the coffee was too hot and burned my leg, i want $50,000 from McDonalds!" A. Blow on the coffee to cool it down B. It's your fault you spilled it on your pant leg C. It may have cost $10 at most for treatment of burns, im sure hot coffee didn't ruin your life that much.
Honestly, if anyone in this world deserves to die, it's those people. Next story, a kid went to school one day with a "Democrat: a terrorist's best friend" shirt on. The teacher told him to turn it inside out like all teachers would do for a offending shirt. He simply refused and received DETENSION or IN SCHOOL SUSPENSION. Did I mention this kid was 9, because later, his parents sued the school for taking away his freedom of speech. WTF ??? I know it's a public school and you have to go to it.....but you can't do whatever you want to do! Schools have regulations and the school stated that the 9 year old kid had an offending shirt on. For the kid...... A. Don't wear the shirt (you can't vote, and he's a fag) B. Turn the shirt inside out (Obviously wants attention and for others to see it and he's a fag) It's not that hard really, and it should be a situation where his parents and him PAY THE SCHOOL instead of receiving money. They bothered the judge and the court system. They disturbed the peace. COURT ADJOURNED!

Conservationist have recently agreed upon the theory that Earth may go through a cold spell in the next ten years. However, they still agree Earth is going through global warming. So does this mean we will enter a cold spell and then warm up? or warm up then enter a cold spell? or half the world warm up whilst the other half cool down? OR WILL WE STAY THE SAME? Anyone ever thought about that? Honestly, everyone is looking for change (supported by Al Gore's theories on global warming and Barrack Obama Llama's campaign slogan). Well hasn't anybody thought that the world might just possibly stay the same for the next so odd many years instead of taking a path of global warming or cold spell? Maybe the conservationists are coming up with all these theories because they don't want to work! They just want to "save the environment" while doing nothing. Good day to you sir!

You're randomly walking down a road for reasons unknown and you happen to glance to your left by accident and see a very unusual creature for a second as it jumps into the woods alongside the road.............. That's how most "monster" stories go and these sightings are what fuels the Tv show Monster Quest. So why are humans interested so much in these monster myths? Nobody has evidence they're true, but nobody can prove them completely wrong........ Fear of the unknown fuels human imagination and in turn we go crazy with fear, excitement and with an occasional adrenaline rush. In Monster Quest, the people are experts in various fields that go to certain locations to find "monsters". The Tv show shows different strategies used to find monsters. But alas, they never find anything..........(Mwah ha ha ha ha! I laugh at them) So are these myths true? Will Monster Quest ever find anything? Will you be mauled by an angry mole man (or other mythical creature)? These are questions that may never be answered in our lifetimes, or could maybe be answered tomorrow..........
